There are three options available in the Email "Basic Settings" section: Email Forwarding and Vacation Message.  In addition, BlueOnyx includes an IMAP Synchronization feature.

===Forwarding===
The Forwarding feature allows you to forward incoming messages to another email address.

**Enabling email forwarding**
  - Click the Enable check box in the Email Forwarding area.
  - In the scrolling text window labeled Email Addresses, enter an email address in the format <xxxxx@yyy.zzz>.  For more than one email address, separate the addresses with a comma or enter each address on a separate line.
  - You can save a copy of the email messages that you forward by clicking the Save Copy check box.
  - Click Save

**Disabling email forwarding**
  - Ordered List ItemIn the Email Forwarding section of the table, uncheck the Enable check box.
  - Click Save.

===Vacation message===
The Vacation Message feature allows you to enter a vacation-reply message that is automatically sent to each person who sends you email. This feature is useful when you know that you will not be reading or responding to incoming email
messages for a period of time.  __A vacation-reply email is sent only once a day to each sender__.

**Enabling the vacation message**
  - Ordered List ItemIn the Vacation Message section of the table, click the Enable check box.
  - In the scrolling text window labeled Auto-Reply, type the text of the message you want to send to users while you are away.
  - Click Save

**Disabling the vacation message**
  - Ordered List ItemIn the Vacation Message section of the table, uncheck the Enable check box.
  - Click Save.

===IMAP Synchronization==
IMAP Synchronization allows you to copy the emails and IMAP folders from one mailbox to another. This can be used to import emails of a single user from another server after a server migration. It can also be used to export emails of a local user to a mailbox locate on another server.

When you tick the 'Enable' checkbox, have all required fields filled out and save the changes, then this server will attempt to import emails via ImapSync from the remote to the local destination. A logfile of the transaction is created and can then be viewed to determine if the transfer was successful or not.
